This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces. * Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning tasks as needed. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional. * Provide custodial services that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise. * Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations. * Deliver excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally. * Adherence to company policies and cleaning standards *Qualifications* * Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred. * Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance activities is a plus. * Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
