Your dedication will help create a positive impression for visitors and support the smooth operation of our facilities every day. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, pipes and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies * Conduct regular commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high cleanliness standards * Maintain facilities by reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure safety and functionality * Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff and visitors * Use specialized equipment for tasks such as floor polishing or window cleaning when required * Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep * Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to ensure consistent service quality *Qualifications* * Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety standards * Ability to work independently with attention to detail and efficiency * Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork * Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality Embark on a role that values your effort and commitment!
