Job description
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Law firm. Tasks: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Direct staff. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
