About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help expand our presence across the North American healthcare market.
This is a senior, full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on building relationships with major health systems, navigating complex buying environments, and converting strategic opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
You?ll own the sales process from prospecting through close and work directly with the leadership team on high-priority opportunities.
What You?ll Do
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority health systems across North America.
• Build qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach.
• Identify and map technical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders within target accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare IT leaders and C-suite executives.
• Lead complex enterprise opportunities from discovery and value articulation through presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Develop internal champions and executive sponsorship to move opportunities forward.
• Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data.
• Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights with Techio leadership.
• Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
What You Bring
• 6+ years of successful enterprise sales experience selling complex technology solutions, software, or managed services.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience selling into health systems is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare IT buying processes, hospital organizational structures, and complex enterprise procurement.
• An established network of healthcare IT leaders is highly desirable.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional persistence, confidence without ego, and strong business judgment.
• Bachelor?s or master?s degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field preferred. Exceptional enterprise sales experience will also be considered.
